From September 11th to 13th, CIOE2024, the China International Optoelectronic Exhibition, was successfully held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao 'an New Venue). Sukexi Technology made a grand appearance and its booth was located at 3E33 in Hall 3.

At the exhibition site, Sukesi Technology showcased its core products such as ultra-precision air flotation/mechanical motion platforms and high-precision focusing sensors, attracting many industry experts, customers and exhibitors to come for exchanges and discussions.

On the morning of September 12th from 11:05 to 11:25, Dr. Zeng Xu, the deputy general manager of Jiangsu Jicui Sukesi Technology Co., LTD., delivered a keynote speech on "The Application of Ultra-Precision Motion Platforms in Front-end Semiconductor Equipment" in Conference Room 1C on the second floor of Hall 1. Dr. Zeng pointed out that although there has been progress in the localization of semiconductor equipment in our country, the localization rate of high-end front-end equipment still needs to be improved. The ultra-precision motion platform, as a key core component, plays a significant role. At the same time, Dr. Zeng introduced the Sukexi high-precision air flotation motion stage, which has a repeat positioning accuracy of less than 20nm and a scanning following error of less than 0.01%. It has been mass-produced at domestic front-end inspection customers. The high-acceleration and high-response mechanical motion stage has also been verified by customers and mass-produced, with performance surpassing the leading level abroad.

At CIOE2024, Sukexi Technology showcased its technological accumulation and innovative achievements in the field of semiconductor equipment, and strengthened exchanges and cooperation with industry partners.
