Xu Kunlin visited the Institute of Precision and Micro Manufacturing Technology of the Provincial Industrial Research Institute, where he learned about the construction of the R&D platform on the spot and had in-depth exchanges with the scientific researchers. He said that scientific and technological innovation relies on talents, and talent cultivation depends on education.
